Our Proprietary Rules Engine and OEM-Compatible Scans are now Rolling out to our customers
This January, we are rolling out our proprietary Rules Engine and OEM Compatible scanning functionality to all asTech users.
With these new features you’ll have more information and more flexibility than ever before to choose the right scan tool for a vehicle in your shop.
This phased roll out will begin this month. Read on to learn more about what’s coming.
Our Proprietary Rules Engine
Ensure you’ve got the right tool for the job.
The Rules Engine gives you the most accurate way to identify which diagnostic scan tools will read all of a specific (down to the year, make, model, and trim) vehicle’s OEM modules correctly. With the Rules Engine enabled, you can be confident in the accuracy and the cost of the recommended scan type.
OEM Compatible Scans
OEM quality scans, at aftermarket speed and cost
asTech users will now have an option on some vehicles to select an OEM Compatible scan that can be performed car side instead of remotely.
We are continuously testing aftermarket tools across tens of thousands of vehicles to compare their accuracy to OEM Tools. Only those proven to perform equally as well as those OEM tools are classified as “OEM compatible” which means you can get the same accuracy as an OEM scan but with aftermarket speed and cost.
We’re excited to be able to make these new features available to all of our customers in the coming weeks. If you’re interested in learning more be sure to Contact Us
