Retail Invoice Enhancements for OEM Scans

Invoice Screenshot

A new compliance indicator now appears on Remote OEM Scan invoices when scans follow your Rules Engine settings—making documentation and tracking easier than ever.

This update makes it easy to identify when a scan followed your configured rules—whether conquest, custom, or a combination—supporting compliance, insurance documentation, and repair quality tracking.

Rules Engine Statement Logic (Please note this relates to Retail Invoice only, Remote OEM Scans only):
  • If the customer is local scan enabled and the rules engine was followed, a statement is added to the Remote OEM Scan Retail Invoice
  • “The scan followed the rules engine” with a check mark that will show on the retail invoice.
  • If the scan did NOT follow the Rules Engine, then the statement will NOT show on the Retail Invoice.
  • The statement is based on the rules engine configuration of the shop, which could be standard or custom rules, not specific to conquest being followed.

Now Available: Remote Scan Setup Prompts

After submitting a scan request, you’ll see a few quick prompts to confirm your vehicle is set up correctly. These simple checks help prevent delays and keep your scan moving smoothly from the start.

OE-Specified Voltage Environment for Reprogramming

No matter how much vehicle technology evolves, one thing remains critical for successful module reprogramming: a stable voltage environment. Whether you’re using our tool or another solution, maintaining the correct system voltage is key.

Since each automaker specifies its own target voltage range for safe and effective reprogramming, these values aren’t always consistent. In fact, recommended voltages can differ not only between brands but even across models from the same manufacturer.

To help keep your repairs on track, click the button below to view an updated table of OE-specified voltage requirements for module reprogramming.

DrivenToServe: Supporting Military Families

asTech is proud to announce a partnership with Puget Collision to help Active Military and Veterans pay for vehicle repairs during May’s Military Appreciation Month.

Throughout May, as part of asTech’s ongoing DrivenToServe community impact programming, asTech and Puget Collision have partnered to help active military and veterans afford the rising costs of owning and maintaining a vehicle. We have pledged up to $50,000 which means up to 250 Military families, whether active or retired, can take advantage of this opportunity. View participating shops here.

“Supporting veterans has been a personal and professional priority for decades,” said Craig Edmonds, President of asTech. “As a long-time executive sponsor of veteran-focused employee resource groups, I’m proud to see our commitment extend beyond our walls—empowering veterans both within our organization and in the communities we serve.”

Continuing our support of Military Appreciation Month, asTech sponsored the Defenders of Freedom Gala and Golf Tournament. The gala, celebrating its 20th year, was held on May 17th at the new National Medal of Honor Museum in Arlington, Texas. The golf tournament was held on Monday, May 19th. Both events raised funds supporting organizations that help post 9/11 veterans transition to civilian life, provide assistance for Traumatic Brain Injury treatment and raise funds for various veteran support programs.
