Industry visionary Doug Kelly offers 30 years of automotive experience with a record of innovation and successful incubation. Mr. Kelly joined asTech in 2015 as the Chief Executive Officer and re-built the organization from bankruptcy to a thriving hyper-growth company.
With a history specializing in implementing innovative concepts and business systems, Kelly has proven to be a wealth of knowledge for asTech.
His background in technology and the automotive industry, has placed him in roles from President and founder of CynCast Inc., an Enterprise Holdings Company to President of Fix Auto USA, director of sales for Ventro Corp.
Doug began his career with DuPont Canada at their automotive paint manufacturing facility. He progressed rapidly throughout DuPont, working in a variety of areas including sales, marketing, manufacturing, distribution, production planning and purchasing. In 1996 he relocated to DuPont’s corporate headquarters in Wilmington, DE and assumed the role of Director of Marketing for the Americas.
Mr. Kelly has also served on the board of the Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA).
President & CRO
Evangelos Antypas is asTech’s President and Chief Revenue Officer.
Evangelos joined asTech in 2017 to lead the company’s international and new venture verticals and ensure the global growth of the company.
Mr. Antypas is an executive with extensive international and new ventures experience with over 20 years of global marketing and P&L responsibility in North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia in both consumer product-oriented firms as well as software sector.
Before joining asTech, he was the Managing Director for AudaExplore/Solera, a $1 billion private equity-owned company with a focus on collision repair shops and automobile companies managing their automotive collision and total loss estimates.
Evangelos has a Bachelor degree in Economics and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
President & COO
Scott Krohn, asTech’s President and Chief Operations Officer, is a growth-focused leader with more than 20 years of business experience in the automotive industry. His ability to deliver industry-leading customer service and improve cycle time has taken him far in his career.
Before joining asTech, Scott was the Chief Process & Quality Officer at ABRA Auto Body & Glass LP. During his tenure at ABRA, he served in many roles including Executive Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of Operations, General Manager and Operations Manager. In these roles, he assumed a host of responsibility for 23 repair centers in Tennessee and Georgia.
Scott is a member of Young President’s Organization and graduate of Southwest State University in Marshall, MN. Scott also holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and is a native of Slayton, MN.
Chief Information Officer Rob Davis’s proven track record of aligning technology to business objectives and bringing growth and efficiency to operations is vital to asTech. He has been providing IT leadership in business integration, accounting, human resources, operations, marketing, sales, and general IT operations for over 20 years.
After several years of consulting, he built an IT department from the ground up aligning and delivering solutions to vision. Rob has transformed businesses, through data analysis, the establishment of KPIs and sales data, and developing customer-facing solutions that provided first in industry capabilities.
Rob has been married 24 years to his lovely wife Sharon and has four boys. He is active in their boy’s lives, coaching basketball and participating in their homeschool education.
Miriam Wardak is a talent and organizational culture focused executive who brings over 20 years of experience to asTech. Her strength of orchestrating change, transforming organizations to deliver results, optimizing organizational performance, and maximizing engagement have proven to be a true asset to the company. She is a global leader in building start-ups, pre-IPO, post-IPO, and Fortune 500 companies.
Miriam shares her knowledge from a variety of sectors, including consulting, government contracting, software, transportation, and telecommunication with Team asTech daily.
Before joining asTech Miriam shared C-level responsibilities at Project HOPE, a global health development organization, as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ICF International, a Washington DC-based government consulting organization and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at i2 Technologies, a supply chain software company in Dallas.
Miriam has a passion for language and is fluent in German and Farsi and conversational in Italian and French. She holds a B.A. from George Mason University and an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas.
