Allison is a strategic HR executive with more than twenty years of automotive experience with publicly held companies; most notably was her role as head of HR for all of the North American operations of LKQ Corporation. Prior to LKQ, Ms. Boever was a Senior HR executive with Keystone Automotive.
Allison holds a bachelor of business administration from the University of Kentucky as well as continued education in all aspects of strategic Human Resources.
Steve brings to asTech 20+ years of experience. His instinct for business process and change management expertise has proven to be a perfect match for our growing company.
Prior to joining asTech, Mr. Greenspan served as a Senior Vice President within the re-manufacturing, heavy-duty truck salvage, and self-service auto parts industry.
Steve holds a BA in Business Administration and Management from North Carolina State University and received his MBA from Keller Graduate school of Management of DeVry University.
Teresa’s finance background affords asTech a wealth of knowledge that adds immeasurable value to our company.
Prior to joining asTech, Ms. Covington held multiple roles in finance to include Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AeroVironment (Nasdaq: AVAV), and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Line 6, Inc.
Teresa began her finance career at Mattel Toys and held financial leadership positions at Harman International and Equity Marketing. Ms. Covington earned an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an M.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

To his role as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Customer Service, Bill O’Brien brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, development, operations, customer service and a deep understanding of the auto body and insurance industries. His team delivers best-in-class support and service to asTech customers through internal training, customer service and technical support operations.
Prior to joining asTech, Bill held senior leadership positions in sales and operations with Solera, Innovation Group, AutoBid, and CCC Information Services as well as consulted to many leading industry providers.
Tony brings a wide range of experience within many segments of the automotive industry, including retail, remarketing, financial services, aftermarket, and fleet services to asTech.
Prior to joining asTech Mr. Rimas served as the Director of Operations for the McCombs Automotive Group, the 37th largest dealer group in the United States, where he was recognized for growing McCombs Automotive to the 3rd largest privately held online retailer in the country.
Tony also served as a partner within the McCombs Partners investment portfolio. He originated investments in HomeNet Automotive, ClickMotive, and AutoVest, all of which are best in class solutions for the automotive retail industry.
His technical background and education include multiple degrees in Chemistry and Physics from Ball State University. He is also a graduate of the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy.

As one of asTech’s first employees, Dan’s knowledge of the journey and evolution of the company is what we love to hear about. With over thirty-six years in Claims, Sales, Collision, and Risk Management, Dan shares his knowledge and knack for relationship-building daily.
Prior to joining asTech Dan was the US Brand President of CARSTAR and held numerous management positions in Claims, Sales, and Risk Management at Allstate Insurance company.
Mr. Young holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska and has proudly attained the designation of CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter).
