Repairify Announces a new Chief Executive Officer and Chief Transformation Officer

Repairify is excited to announce a new Chief Executive Officer and Chief Transformation Officer. Srisu Subrahmanyam will be stepping into the CEO role while Keith Crerar will be the new CTO.

  Srisu Subrahmanyam is a high-impact, customer-focused senior executive with global experience across public and private companies in diverse industries. He has a proven track record of leading large-scale business transformations, driving operational excellence, and accelerating growth in international markets. Most recently, Srisu served as EVP of Operations and President of Services & International Markets at OPENLANE (NYSE: KAR), where he was a member of the Executive Committee. He led the company’s services business, international expansion, and enterprise-wide initiatives in business transformation, technology, and cybersecurity. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer of ADESA (2018–2022), a $1.5B physical auction business. There, he spearheaded the digital transformation of ADESA during the pandemic and led the carve-out and sale of ADESA U.S. to Carvana in 2022.

Most recently, Srisu served as EVP of Operations and President of Services & International Markets at OPENLANE (NYSE: KAR), where he was a member of the Executive Committee. He led the company’s services business, international expansion, and enterprise-wide initiatives in business transformation, technology, and cybersecurity. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer of ADESA (2018–2022), a $1.5B physical auction business. There, he spearheaded the digital transformation of ADESA during the pandemic and led the carve-out and sale of ADESA U.S. to Carvana in 2022.

Srisu previously served as Global Vice President of Engineering at Ingram Micro, a Fortune 100 global tech distributor operating in over 30 countries. He played a key role in expanding the Supply Chain Solutions business, establishing new revenue streams, and driving Ingram Micro’s global growth. Earlier roles include COO of BrightPoint Americas, and leadership positions with Orchard Group and Career Education Corporation (NASDAQ: CECO), where he led a $1B procurement and supply chain transformation. At United Airlines (NASDAQ: UAL), he rose to VP of Continuous Improvement, founding the airline’s performance management office and embedding operational excellence company-wide. He began his career at Advanced Process Combinatorics, leading supply chain modeling for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Srisu holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a B.E. (Honors) in Chemical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, India.

Keith Crerar is a visionary executive leader known for driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across the global automotive industry. With deep expertise in scaling businesses and optimizing performance, Keith excels in C-suite roles that demand innovation, leadership, and market expansion.

Currently serving as Global Senior Vice President & Head of Service Operations at OPENLANE, he oversees global service operations and customer experience, delivering major efficiency gains, cost savings, and strategic impact. Previously, as EVP of North American Operations at TradeRev, Keith transformed the startup into a mature enterprise, tripling revenue. At ADESA US, he led a team of 400+ and tripled annual car sales to over 1 million units by restructuring sales operations for greater market penetration.
